Control connects to Easor using a server-to-server application registered with Talenom. Talenom grants the Control application access to specific organizations; you only enter the organization and regional settings in Control.

Request access from Talenom

Ask your Talenom contact to enable the Control integration for the intended organization. The access grant must cover:
  • Organization information and accounting periods
  • Accounting settings, including the chart of accounts and dimensions
  • General-ledger events and the general-ledger change feed
Control uses read-only API operations. Sales invoicing and payment APIs are not part of the initial integration.

Find the organization number

The Talenom Organization Number is the Talenom customer number used in Easor API paths. It is not the company’s business ID. Ask your Talenom contact if it is not visible in your service agreement or onboarding material.

Connect in Control

  1. Open the Easor data source in .
  2. Enter the Talenom Organization Number.
  3. Enter fi for Finland or se for Sweden in API Region.
  4. Optionally enter en, fi, or sv in Account Language. Control defaults to English.
  5. Save and verify the connection.

  • Organization information and accounting periods
  • Chart of accounts
  • Cost centers, cost types, projects, and project types
  • General-ledger vouchers and posting rows
  • Incremental voucher creates, updates, and deletions
Control uses the ledger snapshot for the initial import and recovery. Regular synchronization uses Easor’s change feed with a small overlap so retried requests remain safe. If the previous checkpoint is older than the change feed’s one-month retention window, Control automatically performs a new snapshot.

Common problems

  • Organization not found: confirm that you entered the Talenom customer number, not the business ID.
  • Forbidden response: ask Talenom to confirm that Control’s application has access to the organization and the required APIs.
  • No accounts or ledger rows: verify that the selected API region matches the organization’s country.
  • Old changes are missing: run a full synchronization; Easor retains change-feed entries for one month.
